1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and YouTube’s terms.

2. Accounts & security

You may sign in with Google or email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us promptly at hello@tubeanalytics.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & plans

Features and usage limits depend on your plan (Free, Pro/Premium, Enterprise). We may change plan features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required. Billing via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, when enabled) is subject to their terms as well.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security, quotas, or access controls.
• Scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload or process data you do not have the right to use.
• Misrepresent affiliation with YouTube, Google, or TubeAnalytics.

5. Your content & data

You retain ownership of channel data and content you enter or import. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service. Snapshots and analytics you create are stored per our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Supabase (auth/database), Google/YouTube APIs, and may use OpenAI or other providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

7. Intellectual property

TubeAnalytics name, branding, software, and documentation are our property or our licensors’. You may not copy or use our trademarks without permission. YouTube and related marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of analytics, or specific business results. SEO scores and recommendations are informational, not professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD $100 if you use a free plan).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

12. Governing law & contact
